This is an extensive monograph dealing with experimentally induced sensitization eczema, by way of fractions of oil of turpentine and hexanitrodiphenylamine. Details as to technic and extensive protocols are included. The concluding sections deal with the nature of eczematous sensitization, its localization and its reaction mechanism.
