G. H., a boy aged 3 years, was first seen at the Passaic General Hospital on June 17, 1953. The child was born with yellow lesions on the shoulder. There is no family history of such an eruption.

There was one large, yellow lesion about 1 cm. in diameter and raised about 0.5 cm. There were several yellowish-to-orange-colored papules. The lesions were not treated, and at present, a year and a half later, they have entirely disappeared with few or no sequelae.
