This is a monograph of 150 pages in Czech, with Russian, English, and German summaries. There is an extensive bibliography of 29 pages, referring to articles in many languages. It appears to be quite up to date. The monograph reports a series of studies on the experimental sensitization of guinea pigs to 2,4 dinitrochlorobenzene. The author believes that the development of an eczematous sensitization depends on a nervous reflex, and the interruption of this interferes with development of the sensitization.
