It is my privilege to serve as spokesman for a group who have individuality, indeed, and who have much in common, too. The group consists of all the dermatologists of Greater Kansas City. Our purpose is to honor our friend and colleague, Dr. Charles C. Dennie. Dr. Dennie is the dean of our group, and we call him "Uncle Charlie" with the warmth that his great spirit engenders among those who have the pleasure of knowing him.
It may not be common knowledge that our group is remarkable for our warm friendships for one another, but the fact is known to us and is a matter of great satisfaction. I suspect that in no other community is there a finer relationship among the men who compete in a medical specialty and who, of course, know one another's faults, but among whom the recognition of another's virtues is the
