Case for Diagnosis: Annular Sarcoidosis; Necrobiosis Lipoidica Diabeticorum sine Diabeta? Presented by DR. F. RONCHESE.

A stenographer aged 41 was previously presented before this society on Dec. 1, 1948, and on April 12, 1950, with the diagnostic possibilities of lupus erythematosus, necrobiosis lipoidica diabeticorum, tuberculosis of undetermined type, and sarcoidosis. Biopsy showed granuloma.

There are now oval-ringed erythematous lesions on the legs only. The borders are reddish, raised, and firm. The central area is smooth, shiny, somewhat scarred, and telangiectatic. Some central areas present normal skin. On the left leg are seen areas which have spontaneously returned to normal.

Urinalysis and examinations of the blood were normal.
