Election to the presidency of an organization such as this bestows high honor upon the recipient, but at the same time it endows him with the privilege as well as imposes upon him the duty of imparting to its membership his ideas and ideals, insofar as they are pertinent to its welfare and to the specialty in general. Some of the following points probably merit debate, but I believe them all to be worthy of your thought and consideration.

Public Relations

Dermatologic public relations, in the principal phase, consists in the everyday manner in which every dermatologist and his nurses, secretaries, technicians, and other personnel meet and handle their patients.
