I apologize for the delay in writing you regarding Dr. Pascher's letter of June 19, 1961, which you kindly forwarded to me.

I am sorry that I have overlooked Dr. Pascher's and Dr. Gay's case presentation at the Bronx Dermatological Society in 1957. In the described case almost the entire integument was involved. The beard, chest, back, arms, abdomen, thighs, as well as the scalp, were the site of a pustular eruption. There were occupational and seasonal influences (worse in summer). The disease responded to the administration of antibiotics (erythromycin) and sulfonamides.

The findings in this case resemble the form described by Fariñas and Pardo-Castello. The case does not exhibit the classical features as described by Arnozan and Dubreuilh.
