Nevus of Ota. Presented by DR. ALFRED B. FALK, DR. STEFAN BIELINSKI, and (by invitation) DR. CHESTER L. KROLL.

This is the case of a 25-year-old colored woman who, at the age of 8 years, injured the left side of her head against a door. Shortly thereafter a bluish discoloration appeared in the injured area. At the age of 12 she was struck above the left eye with a stone.

The patient demonstrates a bluish discoloration of the left forehead and eyelid. In addition, there are 2 linear bluish scars on the left eyelid.

Biopsy specimen is presented.

Pigmented Nevus. Presented by DR. ALFRED B. FALK, DR. STEFAN BIELINSKI, and (by invitation) DR. A. SANKSTONE.

The patient is a 46-year-old Negro woman who was born with hyperpigmentation of the upper right quadrant of the face involving the upper and lower lids of the right eye as well as the sclera. . . . [Full Text PDF of this Article]
