To the Editor:—

May I crave your indulgence to publish an "ode to the oddity" of having noticed alopecia areata in twins, which was recently mentioned in the ARCHIVES (Walter Wilson, ARCH. DERM. 83:413 [March] 1961)

This is an odd example of odd people looking at an odd disease in odd corners of the world and agreeing on the oddity ! This makes the score even between the old and the new world.
