Medical Mycological Society of the Americas.—
The newly formed Medical Mycological Society of the Americas invites all those interested in the field of medical mycology to become members.
The objectives of the Society are to attract medical mycologists into a central organization that recognizes their needs and that promotes their interests; to coordinate the exchange of information and materials among medical mycologists in the Americas; to encourage fellowship and help establish and carry out cooperative studies among its members.
The annual meeting and banquet of the MMSA will be held in New York, Saturday, April 29, 1967, the day preceding the opening of the annual meeting of the American Society for Microbiology.
