Archives Clinical Challenge is a feature of Archives of
Dermatology Online in which we invite readers to test
their diagnostic skills.
Each month, an Off-Center Fold case excerpted from an upcoming issue of the print version of the Archives will be presented as an unknown. Using the e-mail link at the end of the case presentation, readers should submit their diagnosis, along with their name and affiliation.
The first correct respondent will be acknowledged on this site next month and in print in the Archives of Dermatology and will also receive a free copy of The Art of JAMA II.
